(Find the two inside ends of your collarbone. Drop down to the hollow below, and using your thumb and middle finger, tap at a comfortable speed and pressure.)
Take a deep breath and tap for about 30 seconds saying to yourself, “I let go and relax.” No one will notice this; and if they do, so what! You can say, “I’m doing my relaxing exercise.” Check your anxiety level after half a minute. If you are not feeling relaxed enough, tap for another 30 seconds. This is easy and it works!
